Feasibility Prototype
The team filled a rudimentary cardboard frame with oak pellet mycelium-composite to study the feasibility and techniques of creating mycelium ICF.
​
Although the ICF appeared developed after 10 days in the frame, a cross section reveals that a longer growth time is necessary for sufficient mycelium penetration.
